Objection to CBS's program, "Swingtown"

Dear PMS Sisters,

 

Shawn and I just watched part of CBS's "Swingtown".  We knew the premise of the show and made sure the kids weren't in the room.  It was rather shocking.  It's a prime-time soap opera set in the 1970s,

and revolves around a "swinging" culture (tonight's episode showed a man and wife in bed with another man -- her former boyfriend).  The only difference between this show and actual pornography is that the body parts were strategically covered.  Please let your local station and CBS know that you do not approve of this programming, even after 8 p.m.  (How many kids go to bed at 8 or 9 during the summer??? and, besides

that, how many adults should be watching this?)

 

I can remember when our local station pre-empted objectionable programming with old episodes of "Bonanza".
